Company Director
As the department head for two of our business sectors, Paul puts his experience of over 30 years to a broad range of uses. With an impressive background in Horticulture, he began to diversify his skillset and quickly came to specialise in Airfield Habitat Management. Now, he provides expert services to airports both in the UK and Europe across airside and landside. As part of our packages, he also provides clients with bespoke training courses. Paul also works with many of our Landscaping clients, delivering on routine or unique projects.

James Webster BSc Hons MCIEEM
Company Director
Heading the ecological services department, James’ experience of nearly 10 years is utilised by a wide range of our clients. James has been involved with protected species monitoring and mitigation, using his skills of contract management and planning to provide unique opportunities for clients to improve their ecological and environmental impacts.
As part of his long-term relationship with Heathrow Airport, James has been instrumental in the acquisition of the Wildlife Trusts’ Biodiversity Benchmark Award, ISO 140001 and Biodiversity Awards for our clients.

Reinforcing our long-term relationship with Heathrow Airport Ltd., we are proud to support 3 full-time team members who provide an extension to our services on site. Though based with our client, our extended team members assist with additional departmental services within landscaping and ecology.

Adam Cheeseman
Biodiversity Manager
Adam has been a valuable member of our Biodiversity Team for many years, bringing a vast background of experience in species surveys; data, and site management. Over a number of years he has collected an expansive background in qualifications across a variety of NPTC and FSC areas. He has formed a strong network of passionate Heathrow colleagues, and has been vital to the expansion of our services to this high-profile client. Adam’s knowledge has been shared and enjoyed over the years by a number of national and internal media stories; his specialities are largely moths, birds and fungi.

Charlie Burgess
Biodiversity Conservation Officer
Charlie joins our Biodiversity Team with passion and dedication. Alongside her varied client-based role, she puts her wider skillset to use with behind-the-scenes company projects. Charlie has become integral to the development of upcoming projects and opportunities within our service package. As part of her client service, Charlie has helped establish a new community engagement service for residents and groups local to the airport, including schools, scout groups and volunteering opportunities. She is a qualifying member of CIEEM, and is working towards securing her Great Crested Newt license.

Emma Shaw Tech IOSH
Biodiversity Conservation Officer
Emma brings an exciting range of skills from a varied background of land and livestock management, health and safety and logistics. As a fresh face within our Biodiversity Team, Emma plays a key role in ensuring the ongoing award-winning management of our client’s Biodiversity Sites and community engagement efforts with proactive, hands-on work on site. Expanding on her range of qualifications with C&G and NPTC, Emma is working towards membership with CIEEM and toward protected species licences such as Great Crested Newt. Her primary areas of interest include lepidoptera and birds.
